AXA UK and Ireland reshuffles Management Committee

• Roland Moquet joins AXA UK and Ireland as Chief Financial Officer, subject to regulatory approval
• Previously AXA Italy CFO, he succeeds Amelie Breitburd, who is leaving AXA
• Chief of Staff Amber Wilkinson is to join the Management Committee as Director of Strategy, Brand and Communications

AXA UK and Ireland has announced two changes to its Management Committee.

Roland Moquet will join the company as Chief Financial Officer (subject to regulatory approval), replacing Amelie Breitburd who is leaving AXA. Moquet joins from AXA Italy where, as CFO, he has been heavily involved in the launch of the 2023 strategy. Since joining AXA from the French Treasury in 2005, he has held various positions, including CFO of AXA Tianping in Shanghai.

Amber Wilkinson, currently Chief of Staff, has been promoted to the Management Committee in the role of Director of Strategy, Brand and Communications. Wilkinson’s roles within AXA have included Finance Director at AXA PPP Healthcare and Head of M&A for AXA UK. She started her career in audit, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2005 and spending several years at PwC, before working in corporate finance, advising businesses and private equity houses on merger and acquisition activity.
