At AXA, we’re committed to progress and simplifying our processes to make them efficient and cost effective for you and AXA

At the end of October 2019, we will no longer be issuing paper statements or accepting cheques as payment and you will need to reconcile and pay your account using our online eSettlement system.

We need to create your access to eSettlement and set up your direct debit payment information so that come November, you will reconcile and pay your account without any delay or disruption to the process.

To do that, we need you to provide the information included in the Broker Set Up form and to provide your bank account details and send a signed copy of the Direct Debit mandate to either Esettlementbrokerprofile.ins@axa-insurance.co.ukor the following address:
