New mentors announced for Aviva's Future Leader Programme

Since launching their Future Leader Programme in 2018, Aviva has been overwhelmed by the industry support for developing talent. At all levels they’ve had people asking if they can get involved and they are pleased to announce the addition of three new mentors to the programme.

Some of the industry’s best names are committed to helping Aviva’s delegates feel ready for any boardroom. Alongside their original six mentors:

  • Alex Alway – Compass
  • Ashwin Mistry OBE – Brokerbility
  • Ian Donaldson – Autonet
  • Paul Chainey – Miles Smith
  • Rob Worrell – Ardonagh Group
  • Steve Bamforth – Griffith and Armour

We are pleased to welcome to the Future Leader Mentor team:

  • John O’Roarke - Horwich Farrelly
  • Polly Staveley - TL Dallas
  • Ryan Brown - PIB Group

The Mentors play an important role for the delegates offering support, guidance and coaching not only on projects related to the programme, but also in the delegates own businesses. Mentors provide a different perspective and offer a wealth experience from someone who has been there and done that. Aviva’s delegates tell us the mentors support is invaluable and they would like to thank all the mentors for sharing their time and expertise with their delegates and for being part of the programme.

You can keep up to date with the Aviva Future Leader Programme in the coming months via the loop. Plus, look out for bite-sized overviews of our modules with links to related courses available on the Aviva Development Zone, so even if you are not on the Future Leader Programme this year you and your teams can get involved with learning.
