Aviva updates average no claims discount tables

No-Claims-Discount

Authored by Aviva

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Protected No Claims Discount (PNCD) Information Order requires average no claims discount tables to be updated by insurers on an annual basis from 1 February every year.

The Order also requires brokers who trade personal lines motor insurance to submit an annual compliance statement to the CMA by 1 February every year. This needs to include copies of average no claims discounts for the insurers you trade with.

We’ve updated our new no claim discount averages for our Private Car, Your Van and Distinct Motor products on eServices and software houses for new business quotes and renewal invites from 1 February 2022. They are as follows:

These figures can also be found on our Aviva Broker website under the Competition Markets Authority (CMA) tab on the Private CarYour Van and Distinct Motor pages.

If you have any questions about this, please contact your Aviva sales manager.
