Finch Group is off to a flying start in 2020 with the purchase of independent broker and Broker Network Member Shene (Insurance) Ltd; making this their tenth acquisition in 3 years.
Based near Richmond, Shene (Insurance) Ltd was established in 1959 and over the years has built a mixed commercial and personal lines portfolio, managing over £2m GWP. The brokerage which is owned and run by Philip and Deborah Alexander, employs 4 members of staff, all of whom will remain within the business. Following completion, the business will retain its current premises.
