Aston Lark is delighted to announce that it has completed the purchase of Ingram Hawkins and Nock Limited, a high quality Chartered Insurance Broker based in Stourbridge in the West Midlands.
Ingram Hawkins and Nock (IHN) was established in 1974 and serves the needs of over 2,500 clients. The business has commission and fee revenues of c. £1.6m with c. 90% of the income derived from Commercial clients.
The acquisition represents Aston Lark’s first acquisition of 2018 and there are several others in the pipeline. It is also the first since the merger of the Aston Scott and Lark companies which completed in September 2017.
