Alan & Thomas Insurance Group have made their first acquisition of 2015 by buying fellow Brokerbility broker Bennetts Commercial Ltd in Basingstoke.
Bennetts will continue to trade in their own name initially and their existing team will all be retained and led by Director Carole Lowe, who has been with the Basingstoke broker for five years.

The Poole-based broker, the only independent to have achieved Chartered Insurance Broker status in Dorset, now has five offices based in the South / South West region (Poole, Gillingham, Dorchester, Frome and Basingstoke) and controls in excess of £30 million GWP.
