TT Club launch new corporate video for best year in Customer Satisfaction!

This week, TT Club launched the Customer Satisfaction Campaign in celebration of the highest survey scores the Club has ever received. The survey, which takes place every two years, was completed by the Club’s Members and brokers earlier this year and produced the overall satisfaction score of 8.53 out of 10, an outstanding result!

The launch, which rolled across the 20 + TT Club and network partner offices, sought to promote the survey highlights and engage with all stakeholders of the Club. Through the integration of new webpages, email campaigns, social media and merchandise, the campaign also saw the launch of TT Club’s first ever corporate video.
