Graham Cave, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, was born and brought up in London and educated at Alleyns School, Dulwich. He became a Freeman of the City of London in 1972 and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Patternmakers in 1998, joining the Court in 2006. His major business activities are divided between his marketing consultancy, Harwood Marketing, and his role as Development Director of The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters based in the City of London, having been Executive Director of the Institute between 1998 and 2009. In 2001 he was appointed Marketing/Communication Director of FUEDI, the European Federation of Loss Adjusting Experts, and since that time has promoted the organisation at the highest level in Brussels. He holds various Board appointments, amongst which are The Chartered Insurance Institute’s Faculty of Claims and The Insurance Charities.
