Allianz updates D&O whitepaper to include GDPR, Criminal Finances and Modern Slavery Acts
In May 2015 Allianz published a Directors & Officers white paper, sub-titled Tough at the top - protecting your key people, in which we provided a summary of:
· Director’s legal position
· Legislative and regulatory risks
· Protection under a D&O policy
· The state of the D&O market.
A lot has changed since then, so Allianz has reviewed and updated the white paper to include:
· The Modern Slavery Act 2015
· Criminal Finances Act 2017
