Willis Towers Watson expands Political Risk and Trade Credit team in London with two key appointments

Willis Towers Watson has recruited Claire Simpson and Victoria Padfield within its Political Risk and Trade Credit team in London as part of a broader expansion of its Financial Solutions division. Both Claire and Victoria held underwriting positions with Hiscox prior to joining Willis Towers Watson.

Claire has spent 21 years in the industry having joined Hiscox in 1998, being promoted to Head of Political Risks and Trade Credit underwriting in 2009 and with Ernst and Young prior to that. Victoria worked at Hiscox for nearly 30 years underwriting all aspects of political and credit risk exposures.

The Financial Solutions division is part of Willis Towers Watson Global Financial Lines and Corporate Risk and Broking.  It provides solutions in Political Risks, Trade Credit, Terrorism and Political Violence, Structured Finance, Contingent Aviation as well as offering Project Finance Consultancy services.
