Thomas Carroll Group plc is meeting growing demand for its services in London by opening an office in the capital.
Located in Stratton Street in Mayfair W1, the office is the new London base for the group’s Legal Indemnity and Property Services arms.
The move has been designed to bring Thomas Carroll closer to its clients in the legal and property development sectors as well as insurance and financial planning markets.
Gareth Cotty, Director of Thomas Carroll who is heading up the new office said:
"Our specialist teams currently provide property insurance and a range of legal indemnity solutions to protect Real Estate assets worth over £3.8billion. Our national reputation has grown a client base across the property, real estate, finance and legal sectors, many of whom are based in or around the West End and the Square Mile.
Through our access to insurance markets and close proximity to key players in legal and property transactions, we can now provide our London clients with face to face support in assessing and arranging insurance needs for the most complex of property transactions.
Furthermore, an increasing number of our clients have specialist or overseas operations, therefore our regular access to Lloyds and London markets is vitally important. The team are attending MIPIM, the 4-day real estate conference in Cannes this month.”
This latest development represents the fourth regional base established by Thomas Carroll Group in the last five years. Founded in 1972 and headquartered near Cardiff, the Group employs 140 people with regional offices in Swansea, Haverfordwest.
