The Caerphilly based business has combined the employment of experienced and Chartered industry professionals with investment in local university graduates, who will join the group’s structured trainee programme.
Thomas Carroll Brokers enhances its insurance team with local professionals, Mike Davies as Account Broker, Alex Dredge as Account Manager and Brian Davies as Claims Executive.
Karen Davies, Financial Paraplanner and Rebecca Rees, Client Account Manager join Thomas Carroll’s growing independent financial planning team.
Lauren Dickinson, Business Development Coordinator strengthens the health and safety arm of the group and Jodie Lanchbury joins the accounts department as Group Accounts Assistant.
