The Clear Group has announced that is has acquired John Ansell & Partners , which has an annual Gross Written Premium of £5,000,000.
This latest deal represents their 24th acquisition since the Clear Group established in 2001. It is also the first deal since it attracted new investment from ECI partners last month as part of their refinance plan in July 2018

The John Ansell & Partners team will join directors John Haber-Smith and Craig Smith at The Clear Group’s office in the City of London and will work closely with their staff to drive business growth and opportunities.

Established in 1981, John Ansell & Partners is an independent insurance broker with particular strength in several areas of insurance. These include outdoor activity businesses, gym and fitness centres, wine and spirit trades and owner-occupied blocks of flats.
