New viral video by Thomas Carroll promotes Chartered Status


A video featuring over 60 insurance broking, financial management and health & safety professionals, is being used to promote the benefits of Chartered status to businesses and professionals throughout the UK.

Filmed at the offices of Thomas Carroll Group plc, the stop-motion video features employees holding cue cards delivering messages around the advantages of using a Chartered business and working with Chartered individuals.

Promoting the campaign theme: #choosechartered - the fast-paced 2-minute video has been designed to be shared across social media and online video platforms.

John Moore MBE, Chairman of Thomas Carroll Group plc said: “We wanted to reach out to our 5,000 regional clients and business contacts through a viral video which demonstrates with impact, the importance of choosing a chartered business.

As well as acting as a hallmark for trust, quality and the highest standards of advice, we wanted to demonstrate that it is a status every member of the team can be proud of.

For us Chartered status is not just a corporate badge, it is a continual process of ensuring our business meets the very highest standards of expertise and professionalism on a group and individual basis.”

Thomas Carroll achieved Chartered status for its commercial insurance broking division in 2009 and in 2007 Thomas Carroll Independent Financial Advisers became one of the first IFAs in Wales to gain the status.

John Moore added: “We wanted to do something different involving as many of our people as possible. It was quite a production, but everyone was excited to be acting as ambassadors for Chartered status and I would encourage our fellow industry professionals to share the video.”
