Lark Group strengthens their senior leadership team

Lark (Group) Limited are pleased to announce the internal promotions of Mark Daines and Rob Keene to the main Lark Group Board, as well as the promotion of Martin Camp to the role of Divisional Director in the Commercial business; all with effect from 1st January 2016.

Mark Daines joined Lark as a Graduate Trainee in 2001, and achieved his ACII qualification in 2008. Mark’s main focus in his new role will be operations, specifically looking at our client software solutions, whilst also helping to drive greater efficiency in the Private Clients business.

David Foster, Managing Director of Lark Private Clients, said, “Mark is technically very strong and has shown total commitment to the training and development of our people. Mark is a great asset to the Private Clients team and the wider Lark Group.”

Rob Keene started his career with Lark in 1991, and achieved his ACII in 1998. His main focus will be the Commercial business in the offices in Colchester, Farnborough and Maidstone.

Mark Woodward, Managing Director of Lark Commercial, said, “I have worked closely with Rob for the last 24 years, and he has always risen to the challenges that we have faced. Rob has done a fantastic job leading the professional development of our commercial team, and has recently helped drive the implementation of graduate and talent management programmes. I’m looking forward to working with Rob to continue to develop the Lark business and the excellent people we have within it.”

Martin Camp has worked at Lark since 2002, and over the last six years has led the Commercial New Business team. He has built a strong team, which has maintained high performance levels under his management.
