The County Group has announced that Keith Frost has joined The County Group as Acquisitions Manager.
Keith’s primary focus is to acquire UK based insurance brokers wishing to join The County Group whilst protecting their existing brand and legacy.
This builds on The County Group’s “community broker” strategy whereby Keith will design deal structures to suit vendors’ exit requirements and facilitate a smooth contractual and operation handover. In most instances, The County Group will keep the existing brand, staff and premises intact whilst increasing the operational efficiency and profitability of the brokerage. The overriding goal remains in that we want to provide a community broking service to local communities.
Keith has over 12 years’ experience in broker acquisitions, formerly working in Swinton M&A team.
