Broker Network increases footprint with 5th acquisition

Broker Network has completed the purchase of Knighthood Corporate Assurance Services Ltd, bringing its total number of regional powerhouse acquisitions to five.

Broker Network has purchased the brokerage from Sunderland Marine, part of the North Group. The deal sees the business continue to operate from their current location with a retained management team.

Established in West Sussex in 1969, Knighthood Corporate Assurance Services has built a strong reputation providing competitive, tailored solutions for a diverse range of businesses. The brokerage which controls in excess of £15m GWP, employs over 30 people and is a commercial lines business with a strong focus on marine insurance clients.

Commenting on the partnership, Des O’Connor, Broker Network’s Chief Commercial Officer said: “I’m delighted to welcome Lena and her team to the family.
