Brightside and Southern Rock have today announced a settlement of all claims following a dispute in a number of areas that commenced in May 2014.
The exact terms of the settlement are confidential, but it includes the dismissal of all claims and counter-claims between the two organisations, including all disputes related to intellectual property, breaches of trading agreements and breaches of TOBA (Terms of Business Agreement).
Brightside Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Wallin, said: “We are pleased to have reached a conclusion to these disputes. This resolution is positive for our customers, staff and partners and we are pleased to have put the matter to bed in an amicable way.
