BMS Group Limited (BMS) has announced the appointment of James Gordon as Managing Director of its Cyber and Technology Division. He will take up his position after serving his current notice period, reporting to Ian Gormley, managing director, BMS Risk Solutions.
Gordon has 13 years’ experience in the (re)insurance industry and joins BMS from Lockton Companies LLP, where he served as vice president, Global Technology & Privacy Practice (GTTP). Under Gordon’s leadership, the GTTP grew to become the largest such team in the London market, handling all kinds of technology, media and network security related business, predominantly for financial institutions, the healthcare and retail industries. Previous employers include Jardine Lloyd Thomson Ltd. and HSBC Insurance Brokers.
