Transforming the future: Women’s successes in Leadership event held at 122 Leadenhall

Aon Risk Solutions, recently held an event supporting women in the legal and financial professions with a keynote speech from Helena Morrissey, CEO, Newton Investment Management and Chair, The Investment Association (IA) and Founder 30% Club

As a committed supporter of diversity across the financial services industry, Aon welcomed a number of successful businesswomen including Finance Directors and senior risk executives from the legal and professional services industry to share experiences around leadership and empowerment.

The event was an opportunity to reflect on leadership and how to develop gender equality in business. We were delighted to welcome Helena Morrissey, who was recently appointed by the Chancellor to the UK’s Financial Services Trade and Investment Board as well as the Founder of the 30% Club, a cross-business initiative aimed at achieving 30% women on UK corporate boards.”
