Alesco heads to 67 Lombard Street to facilitate ambitious expansion plans

Alesco Risk Management Services (Alesco) — the specialist provider of risk management and insurance services to the global energy and construction sector — today announces the relocation of its headquarters to new offices at 67 Lombard Street in the City of London.

The move — which will take effect early in 2016 and sees the 135-strong team occupy the first and second floors — supports Alesco’s strategic growth ambitions while underlining its commitment to London as the pre-eminent centre of the global speciality insurance market.

Simon Matson, CEO of Alesco, said: “Our rapid expansion has seen us outgrow our existing London premises and in 67 Lombard we have found the perfect space solution. This impressive new development, with a historic façade belying its fantastically modern working environment of the highest technical specification, offers our ambitious team the ideal base to expand and evolve the business, right here in the heart of the City of London.

“This is an investment in Alesco’s vision and agenda for strategic growth, and an investment in London as the global hub of specialty insurance with a deserved reputation for technical excellence and innovation.”

Comprising approximately 90,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over ground and eight upper floors, 67 Lombard Street is a brand new office development specified to the highest technical standards in the heart of the City of London.
